We’ve launched a new digital leaver form. We’ve redesigned the process to make it easier for you when your employees leave their role or the pension scheme. 

You can now complete all required information online, removing the need for paper forms.

  • Tailored to your needs: when you select the reason for the member leaving, the form tailors the fields to your specific submission. 
  • Digital upload: once complete, you save the leaver form and upload it to i-Connect, to send the information to Avon Pension Fund.
